- Thursday, 9am
- 6pm; Friday, 8am
- 5pm; some evenings and weekends may be required

This position coordinates, administers and implements student academic advisement programs for an assigned Field of Interest (FOI) and/or specialty cohort(s) by providing operational planning, program management and evaluation, direct student service delivery, as well as problem-resolution, and technical assistance. To best serve the students, department, and college, this position is fully in-person. Essential Functions 30%- Academic Advising & Student Support Provides professional-level academic advising to a caseload of students through individual and group sessions.
- Holistic Student Engagement & Resource Connection Identifies academic and co-curricular opportunities, including extracurriculars, study abroad, research, and internships.
- Institutional Collaboration & Programmatic Support Supports Guided Pathways and case management advising models through change management activities.
- Orientation & Engagement Initiatives Coordinates and participates in student orientation and engagement activities.
- Research & Professional Development Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance advising services.
