SUMMARY:
To administer the student affairs of the campus efficiently, expeditiously and to the ultimate benefit of each individual student enrolled.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and perform advanced student attendance procedures. Maintain student attendance records. Assist administrators in implementation and compliance of the site Attendance Management Plan. Provide support to front office as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors. Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality. Other job-related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

EDUCATION
High school diploma or G.E.D.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in data entry preferred. School district experience preferred. Experience with Infinite campus system or other school related databases.
LICENSING
Valid Level I Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC).
COMPUTER SKILLS
Competency in computer literacy.
ABILITIES
Ability to read and interpret general documents such as employee handbooks and safety/training manuals. Ability to write general correspondence and speak effectively with others. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out straightforward instructions given in oral, written or diagram form. Capable of solving uncomplicated problems with few variables in standard situations. Demonstrate aptitude, competence for assigned responsibilities.
