MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate's Degree in Social Services, Education, or a related field and one year of experience in general office procedures OR Three years of experience in a general office setting Strong computer skills required, to include Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.) or similar database management, word processing and spreadsheet applications Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions Demonstrated knowledge of effective problem solving skills and working in a team environment Demonstrated ability to multi-task Basic math skills
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE FBI
fingerprint background check. Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working in or knowledge of Special Education and/or Special Ed laws, rules or compliances.

Work Calendar:
12 months Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits. Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.
