Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Elementary School Principal is responsible for the comprehensive leadership, management, and operation of the elementary school. The Principal provides vision and direction for instructional, operational, cultural, and social programs and works collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of all school programs. The Principal fosters a safe, inclusive, and student-centered environment that promotes high academic achievement, ethical standards, and positive relationships. All decisions and actions are grounded in the belief that the school's primary purpose is student success. The Principal operates within the framework of District policies, California Education Code, Title V regulations, and State Department of Education guidelines.
