• Any combination that is equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education or related field.

Experience:

• Five years of successful certified special education teaching experience or teaching experience that involves the inclusion of students with disabilities, or five years of experience working with students with disabilities as a School Psychologist or as a Speech-Language Pathologist or other special education related field.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing Special Education.
• Experience with diverse cultural groups.

License:

• Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential or California Pupil Services Credential or California Speech-Language Pathologists Credential or other related certification in the special education field
• Valid California Administrative Services Credential
