- UCPP International Student Program, in partnership with MiraCosta College ## Compensation & Benefits
- Option 1:
- $3,000/month + housing + 1 meal/day
- Option 2:
- $3,000/month + $1,000/month housing allowance if housing is not provided
- Up to
- $600/month performance bonus
- Student enrollment/renewal incentive bonus
- Payroll and applicable benefits in accordance with California law
Housing or Commuting:

- . Candidates must be available to work year-round in the U.S. and respond to urgent student matters when necessary. ## Key Responsibilities
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and daily well-being
- Conduct daily student check-ins and proactively identify potential issues
- Support students with school, housing, transportation, and daily-life matters
- Communicate with parents and provide timely follow-up
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, housing staff, and school administrators
- Provide daily student updates and weekly reports to the program team
- Maintain accurate student records, course/credit information, and incident reports
- Assist with student arrival, orientation, departure, and enrollment renewal ## Requirements
- Fluent in
- Chinese and English
- , both spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with students, teenagers, international students, or educational programs preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Patient, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- If choosing to commute, reliable personal transportation is required
- Available to work
