We recruit international students from around the world and place them in K-12 schools throughout the United States. Our mission is to provide exceptional support and guidance to students as they pursue their educational goals. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Student Services Coordinator to support our Chinese international students during their studies in the San Diego area. This role involves communicating with students and families in Mandarin/English, providing ongoing student support, and visiting local schools as needed to ensure students' academic and personal well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to Chinese international students throughout their school experience. Communicate with students, agencies, host families in Mandarin and English. Coordinate and assist with student services and daily support needs. Visit local schools when needed to meet with students and school staff. Help resolve student concerns and collaborate with team members to ensure positive outcomes. Maintain professional relationships with students, schools, and host families. Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin. (required). Study abroad or international education experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Good problem-solving skills and cultural awareness. Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Passion for supporting international students and working in a multicultural environment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
