Job Description:

Studio Coordinator at School of Rock San Diego As the first point of contact for our program, this fast-paced role is the face of the school. This person provides administrative and promotional support to the school and manages social media presence, lead conversion, as well as cultivating and maintaining the school's relationship with students and parents. The ideal candidate has an upbeat personality, positive attitude, outstanding customer relationship skills, and the ability to juggle many tasks.

Music Director and Owners Primary Duties:

Contacts and converts new leads into customers Manages the school's social media presence over multiple platforms Organizes and maintains lesson and rehearsal schedules Manages billing system for 200 plus families Maintains cleanliness of facilities Schedules and conducts tours for prospective customers Influences for customer retention Assists the Owners and MD to manage the staff and school facility to provide a safe, cool and appropriate experience for all students A good candidate should; Have a positive, welcoming, and enthusiastic attitude. Detailed oriented, organized, and professional. Be able to communicate effectively in different situations. Have experience with computer applications such as Google Drive. Be able to anticipate problems and creatively solve new issues as they arise. Have experience with grassroots and social media marketing. Have a strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership skills Have an interest in music and the arts. Involvement in the local music scene is a plus. Hours the school is open and operating: Monday-Thursday 1pm-8:15pm Saturdays 10am-5:15pm This position offers up to 40 hours per week.
