How can I make life easier for the classroom teacher and support the functions of the school? How can I support the administration/front office The Satellite Instructional Assistants' duties include, but are not limited to: A. Teaching and Assisting May be assigned to teach reading and math group Lesson preparations, grading, and tracking student data are expected Subsitute as needed in classrooms Monitor student behavior, effort, and performance B.

Other Duties:

Proctoring MAP and state assessments (will be trained in these areas) Supporting as needed in the administrative area Supporting during lunch room duty Helping to support and hold students accountable for expectations Supporting in the front office as needed Modeling and representing James Irwin Charter Schools in a positive way Serving in car line supervision Able to do basic accounting and deposits Adept at working with computers (Word, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint) Excellent organization skills
