Assistant Principal Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM (10‑month position) Position Summary The After‑School Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the After‑School Program for grades Pre‑K through 5. This role supervises staff, coordinates enrichment activities, ensures student safety, and supports a positive school culture aligned with the school's mission. Key Responsibilities Manage daily after‑school operations, schedules, transitions, and supper service Supervise, train, evaluate, and support after‑school staff and volunteers Serve as on‑site administrator and ensure scholar safety during after‑school hours Plan and implement engaging enrichment programming aligned with school goals Communicate regularly with families regarding program updates Track and submit attendance, enrollment, meals, and program data Oversee invoicing, fee collection, and after‑school budget in partnership with Finance Recruit and hire after‑school staff; conduct investigations as needed Promote positive school climate, professionalism, and collaboration Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of leadership or program management experience (school, nonprofit, or public agency preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and people‑management skills Experience with basic budgeting and data tracking Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Flexible, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities Interested candidates may click the link provided to review the full job description and complete list of responsibilities.
