Senior Superintendent - Ultra Luxury Custom Homes Up to $250,000 Base + Bonus + Full relocation Assistance This is not a standard Superintendent role. We are representing one of the most respected and established ultra luxury custom home builders in South Florida, operating at the absolute top end of the market for over 30 years. The company builds some of the most iconic private residences in the country, including estates valued well into the hundreds of millions, and is currently involved in building $200m+ private estates. These are highly technical, architecturally significant homes built for ultra-high-net-worth clientele where execution, detail, leadership, and professionalism matter at the very highest level. We are looking for an elite-level Senior Superintendent with a proven background delivering true ultra luxury ground-up custom homes from site start through to final completion. This is not a role for someone with fragmented experience, production housing exposure, or luxury-adjacent projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading at least one ground-up custom home valued at $50m+ from start to finish
• Extensive ultra luxury custom home construction experience is essential
• Long-term stability and commitment with previous custom home builders is required
• Strong preference for candidates with a Construction Management degree or similar formal construction background
• Must be highly polished, client-facing, and capable of operating around demanding UHNW clients, estates, and consultants
• Ability to manage complex schedules, subcontractors, high-end finishes, and technical coordination at an elite level
• Experience working alongside top architects, designers, and estate teams
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive standards across every phase of construction
• Highly detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and execution What's on
