Job description: Mason Classical Academy is now hiring a Testing Coordinator for the current school year! Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of rigorous, standards-aligned instruction across K-12 grade levels Lead and monitor instructional practices, including walkthroughs, coaching, and feedback Analyze school-wide data to drive academic achievement and intervention planning Support and maintain a positive, structured school culture with clear expectations Oversee compliance requirements (IEPs, ESOL, testing protocols, state reporting, etc.) Assist with master scheduling, staffing, and operational planning Lead professional development and PLCs aligned to school goals Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families Support daily school operations, including supervision, safety, and discipline systems Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Valid Florida Educator Certification Educational Leadership Certification (required for AP roles) Proven leadership experience in a school setting (preferred) Strong knowledge of Florida standards, assessments, and accountability systems Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with systems such as Focus, Progress Monitoring tools, and state reporting platforms Performs other duties as assigned.
