Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Department Summary :

USF Testing Services (www.usf.edu/testing-services) proctors a variety of exams for students at USF, students from other schools/colleges and for working professionals in the Tampa Bay/neighboring areas, out of state, and overseas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The FWS Student Assistant will provide general office support to the department. The student will be required to cover the reception area/greet visitors Assist with the preliminary check-in/screening of test candidates Input/export data into our system

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a current USF student. Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year to apply for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by saving their "Award Overview" screen from OASIS as a print screen and upload it with your class schedule, cover letter, and resume. You must upload ALL documents as one document in PDF format.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an office. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
