5102 Position Summary East Aurora Middle School is seeking qualified candidates for Middle School Athletics stipend positions. The selected individual will support the school's athletic program by promoting student-athlete development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and adherence to district and athletic association policies and procedures. Essential Responsibilities Organize, supervise, and conduct practices and competitions. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all student-athletes. Promote sportsmanship, character development, and academic success. Ensure the safety and well-being of participants. Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration. Maintain compliance with district policies and athletic association regulations. Assist with equipment inventory, maintenance, and program needs as assigned. Qualifications Previous coaching, playing, or related athletic experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and clearances, including background checks. First Aid/CPR certification preferred or required based on district guidelines. Compensation This is a stipend position. Compensation will be provided according to the district's approved stipend schedule and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
