Build Your Leadership Career While Making a Difference We are currently hiring Assistant Directors for our Naperville and Oswego learning centers. While this posting is associated with one location, we are recruiting for both centers. Schedule Monday-Thursday:
10:30 a.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Saturday:
8:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Full-time, in-person position Position will be based at either our Naperville or Oswego learning center Compensation & Benefits Total annual compensation of $40,000-$45,000, consisting primarily of a base salary with a monthly performance-based bonus opportunity. Health and dental insurance Simple IRA with company match Paid time off Responsibilities Keep the learning center running smoothly by managing daily operations, staying organized, and effectively balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering phones, responding to emails and text messages, greeting students and families, and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience. Schedule students and coordinate the schedules of our part-time instructional staff. Administer academic evaluations and tutor students using Huntington curriculum (training provided). Assist with training, coaching, and supporting our team of part-time instructional staff. Meet with prospective families to discuss their educational goals and explain Huntington's programs. Support local marketing efforts. Prepare billing statements and complete routine administrative tasks. Qualifications Completed bachelor's degree required (per Huntington Learning Center accreditation standards). Education degree welcome, but not required. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, education, administration, retail, hospitality, office management, or another people-focused role preferred. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities. Experience working with—or a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships with—children, teens, and families. Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based software. Who Thrives Here?
