We're seeking an Assistant Principal who is passionate about student growth, therapeutic education, and collaborative leadership. Working alongside the Principal, the Assistant Principal role helps ensure a structured, nurturing, and therapeutic learning environment while overseeing: Therapeutic programming and data-driven interventions Curriculum and instruction Academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments Individualized special education programming School safety initiatives Extracurricular activities Supervision of professional and support staff Qualifications ISBE type 75 Administrative License or Administrative Endorsement (required) Bachelors degree (required), Masters degree (preferred) Licensed teacher (required), LBS I and/or LBS II licensure (preferred) 3-5 years of experience working with youth with severe emotional/behavioral challenges (required)
