Job Description

Job Overview Administrator for SonShine Child Care will be responsible for day-to-day overall management, operation, and success of the childcare center. This includes personnel matters, purchasing equipment and supplies, fiscal matters, and supervision of maintenance. The successful operation of a child care center involves an organized system of managing administrative, fiscal, clerical, cleaning and maintenance, food service, child care and supervisory functions. This position will provide leadership to staff, ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, supports families, and oversees daily operations including staffing, enrollment, budgeting, and program quality. The Administrator will work closely with the Board of Directors and the Director of the Daycare to achieve the center's mission, financial goals, and strategic objectives. We are looking for an administrator who can carry out the day-to-day operations freeing up the Director to focus on management of the child care program and staff. Duties

Pay:
$14.00 - $19.50 per hour
