The Navigator Program is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Peer Guides to support incoming students in Flight Planning classes for Fall 2026.
Compensation:
$400 stipend
Position Responsibilities:
Peer Guides play an important role in helping new students transition to university life.
Responsibilities include:
Serving as a resource for incoming freshmen on social, personal, and academic issues. Leading discussions and activities during Flight Planning classes. Helping new students and their families become familiar with university policies, procedures, campus resources, and student activities. Supporting the overall success of the Navigator Program. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants should: Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills. Be responsible, reliable, creative, energetic, and self-motivated. Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor. Understand and support the goals and philosophy of the Navigator Program.
