Development Administrator

Job Description:

Working directly and collaboratively with the Development team, this position supports the development efforts of LTBHS, focusing on donor cultivation and recognition, fundraising efforts, and marketing while promoting the organization's mission.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for proficiency of data entry and gift processing of all donations and records in donor system Assist in obtaining reports on donor statistics and information Complete administrative tasks related to, but not limited to: donation acknowledgement letters, direct mail campaigns, memberships Identify, cultivate and solicit potential donors, including individuals, corporations and foundations Work collaboratively with development staff and volunteers to identify avenues of economic support for the organization and mission Work in accordance with department
