High school graduate or GED equivalent, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior administrative assistant/clerical experience. Exceptional customer service and organization skills. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, including demonstated skill in reading and interpreting documents, writing reports, and memos. Proven work record and desire to work cooperatively, positively and with a customer service attitude with district personnel, community, and parents. Ability to work independently in an open environment with a team attitude. Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Maintain professionalism during stressful situations, while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive). Powerschool and AS400 preferred. Detail orientated with a critical degree of accuracy. Oragnize and implement project, willingness to learn and utilize new technology systems. Pleasant and professional phone manners essential. Good attendance record required. Additional duties may be assigned by administrators. Proficiency test(s) will be required.Description:
