To Be Determined Job Description About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,300 students and employs 850 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12. Position Overview & Responsibilities
Student Guidance:
Recruit, supervise, and teach students basic layout design, photography, interviewing, copywriting, and editing skills.
Project Management:
Create a production schedule with clear deadlines to ensure the book is completed on time.
Content Coordination:
Organize coverage of school sports, classes, clubs, and special events.
Quality & Policy Control:
Review and edit all student work for accuracy, proper grammar, and school appropriateness.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage the yearbook budget, coordinate sales campaigns, and communicate directly with Jostens. Start date:
ASAP Schedule:
At least one session with students after school every week. Students will meet after school and go until tbd. Requirements & Qualifications Experience coaching or participation in team-building, time management, and organizing and completing tasks.
Stipend Starting Salary Range:
$3,621-3,978 according to the Yearbook Group of Schedule C of the Certified Master Contract 2025-2027.
Benefits:
No benefit eligibilty, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
