In this role you will lead a team of pipe welders, pipe fitters, and pipe helpers in the prefabrication of industrial HVAC hydronic piping systems .

6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessaryResponsibilities:
Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed water Prioritize safety and ensure the team completes audits and all EAS safety requirements Manage project schedules Maintain tool inspection reports Review submittals, installation, and operation manuals Interview and hire new employees to join the pipe departmentQualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision Familiarity with flowline manufacturing Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods Excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities Ability to work both independently and as a team Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong Interpersonal skills for coordinating teams Fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation softwareEducation Requirements:
Minimum of a high school education or equivalent Trade School completion preferredJob Requirements/Special Skills:
Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shiftBenefits
