JOB SUMMARY
NDSCS is hiring two positions•one at each Fargo location (19 th Avenue & CIC). Student & Building Support Specialist•19 th Avenue Serves as the primary point of contact for North Dakota State College of Science's Fargo 19th Avenue location and provides comprehensive student support, testing services, administrative assistance, and daily building operations coordination. Serves as the primary test proctor and testing services contact for the 19th Avenue location. This position creates a welcoming and responsive environment for students, employees, visitors, and community partners while supporting the daily operations of the 19th Ave Fargo location. Student & Building Support Specialist•CIC Serves as the primary point of contact for North Dakota State College of Science's Career Innovation Center (CIC) location and provides comprehensive student support, administrative assistance, and building operations coordination. Provides backup testing support as needed while focusing on facility coordination, customer service, and stakeholder engagement within the Career Innovation Center. This position creates a welcoming and responsive environment for students, employees, visitors, and community partners while supporting the daily operations of the NDSCS Career Innovation Center (CIC) Fargo location. Minimum Requirements Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS Have a High School Diploma or GED Two years of experience in office administration, customer service, student services, operations coordination, or a related field. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, employees, and community partners and commitment to excellent customer service. Effective organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Ability to identify issues, problem-solve and coordinate solutions to address day-to-day challenges. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Two-year degree or diploma from regionally accredited institution of higher education. Proficient computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Office. Experience working in higher education, student services, testing services, or campus operations. Experience coordinating events, facilities requests, or administrative operations. Additional Information

$38,922•45,157, commensurate with education and experience
