Job Description

The Liberty Partnership Program (LPP), affiliated with Fulton-Montgomery Community College, provides pre-collegiate and dropout prevention services to students in the Greater Amsterdam School District. This part-time position is based at the Middle and High School locations and supports students through academic and mentoring activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Tutor and mentor students and assist with academic goal setting. Engage students in program activities and maintain positive relationships with participants. Assist with food pantry services and other student support activities. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree with applicable experience working with students required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary:
$17-$20 per hour, based on education and experience; up to 25 hours per week. Hours are primarily during the school day, with limited evening and weekend hours and a limited summer program.
