Primrose School is seeking a positive, motivated, and experienced School Leader to join our Leadership Team. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, solution-focused, and passionate about supporting teachers, building relationships with families, and creating an exceptional experience for every child. What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability Paid time off Paid holidays Meals provided on site Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Support from an experienced School and Regional Leadership Team What You'll Do As a member of our School Leadership Team, you will help support the daily operations and continued growth of the school, including: Providing leadership, coaching, and support to teachers and staff Maintaining a visible and engaged leadership presence throughout the school Building positive and professional relationships with children, families, and staff Supporting enrollment growth, lead management, tours, and family retention Assisting with staffing, scheduling, classroom coverage, and maintaining required ratios Supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, and continued staff development Ensuring compliance with Ohio Department of Children and Youth licensing requirements and Primrose standards Maintaining strong health, safety, supervision, and classroom standards Responding to parent and staff concerns professionally and promptly Communicating expectations clearly and following through consistently Identifying concerns, developing solutions, and ensuring action items are completed Working collaboratively with the School Director and Leadership Team Helping create a positive school culture built on teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and respect What We're Looking For Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare Leadership or management experience preferred Knowledge of Ohio childcare licensing requirements preferred OCCRRA knowledge and experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to coach, develop, and support a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional and positive communication with staff and families Strong follow-through and a sense of urgency A genuine passion for early childhood education Be Part of Something Special At Primrose, strong leadership means being present, visible, engaged, and consistent .
