These include managing Disability Support Services and Counseling Services. As part of this oversight, the Director of Student Accessibility and Support will manage comprehensive student support and retention services and programs, short-term and crisis mental health counseling services, virtual mental health counseling services, external community referrals for long-term the virtual counseling software program, counseling/intervention and/or basic physiological needs, and/or in-patient care. Additionally, the Director will maintain private and confidential records, hire, train, development professional staff, administer and manage designated budget(s), coordinate workshops and seminars, assist with related grants and grant proposals, and regularly assess the services of the Office of Student Accessibility and Support. Preferred Qualifications Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or closely related field.
