From $14.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary Working at JA BizTown, you would be part of an engaging, hands-on learning environment that brings economics, business, and civic concepts to life for elementary students. As a team member, you help guide students through a simulated town where they take on roles such as business owners, employees, and consumers—learning how a community functions and how personal responsibility plays a role in success. At JA Finance Park, you would be assisting high school students through a simulation on financial literacy and checking in volunteers.

Key Responsibilities This position may only work 3-5 days a week, depending on schools attending. We'd appreciate if your available days are Monday through Friday. Work hours 8:30am-2:30pm approximate. Facilitate and guide student experiences at JA BizTown &/or JA Finance Park Deliver excellent customer service to all participants Open/close facility and manage operations in absence of Director/Manager Model effective teaching practices Ensure a safe, positive, and well-maintained environment Support conflict resolution and behavior management Maintain supplies and functionality of the facility Assist with data entry and program promotion Mentor new team members
Education/Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
