In this role, you'll support the Site Director, help supervise staff, lead activities for school-age children, maintain program quality standards, and ensure a safe, positive experience for every participant.What We're Looking For:
Minimum Age:
18 High school diploma or equivalent Passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with children in a group setting and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
