Department Head Job Duties:

Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise. Execute the daily operational, move with your "Ace Pace". Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required. Restock merchandise displays as needed, watch end caps and side wings. Excellent customer service and interaction prevents shoplifting. B2B (Business to Business)

Job Duties:

Identify business customers through in-store conversations and local/targeted outreach Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy. Provide ongoing support to strengthen trust and customer service. Work with management to lead, coach, and encourage store associates to identify opportunities, conduct initial conversations, and gather information to support B2B efforts.

Department Head Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience. Experience with plumbing and/or electrical industry, with B2B sales experience a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Technically proficient in computer systems including related software. Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred. Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company's insurance carrier's standards.
