Job Description

Nationally recognized flight school in business for over 86 years seeks Student Services Coordinator at our Airline Training Center. Our Student Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting students studying for an aviation career.
Qualifications:
Must possess superior verbal, written, organizational and problem solving skills Comfortable working in a team environment Can do attitude Ability to adapt/respond to different types of students Understanding the concept of student oversight and working in team environment to provide Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to be approved to drive our company van to transport students when needed At least 10 year's experience in customer service Duties include, but are not limited to: Working with school manager, operations team members, instructors and chief pilots to ensure the student's success Participation in daily team meetings to review student progress Coordinating details for our domestic and international students to include arranging student housing, assigning roommates, working with hotel to welcome students Ensuring our daily and weekly van transportation of students stays on schedule Daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks Coordinating graduation ceremonies with local venue Sending out progress reports and arranging parent calls if needed with school director Arranging student social events Assisting with TSA approval and Immigration compliance for students with guidance of senior management Identify and assess student needs to achieve success by coordinating with school director
