We are a growing Montessori education organization committed to providing high-quality, authentic Montessori programs that support independence, confidence, and lifelong learning. Our approach is designed to foster capable, action-oriented thinkers while honoring the individual development and needs of each child. The Head of School Position We are looking for a leader who shares our passion for the Montessori method and has the talent and perseverance required to grow enrollment, attract and retain exceptional staff, build a strong parent community, and ensure that the educational experience for every child in every classroom is of the highest standard. As the Head of School , you'll be responsible for providing leadership to the entire campus team. Talk With You If You Possess:
Required state qualifications Early childhood education leadership experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on results Exceptional written and verbal communication skills An aptitude for creating a warm, supportive, and positive team culture Strong leadership skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions with limited information A passion for providing high-quality education through the Montessori pedagogy Preferred Qualifications Candidates with the following experience or qualifications are especially encouraged to apply: Experience teaching in an early childhood education setting Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director in a preschool or early childhood setting Familiarity with the Montessori method of education Montessori certification or formal Montessori training Equal Employment Opportunity We are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
