Job Description:
•This is a PRN Position, working 20 hours per week; Monday-Friday, 8a-4p•Supervises clinical students in various clinical environments, ensuring satisfactory performance and educational effectiveness. Develops, designs, and delivers instruction in assigned courses. Participates in student advising and mentoring, providing guidance and support. Formulates and administers student competencies as needed. Engages in teaching, service, scholarship, and research activities. Grades examinations and assignments, and reviews evaluations with students. Reviews and assists with revisions of department policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends appropriate community agency linkages for student learning experiences. Makes appropriate clinical assignments and conducts student orientation to the clinical site. Documents areas of concern and prescribes appropriate processes for remediation. Evaluates learning resources such as reference material, audio/visual aids, and computer-assisted learning programs. Continues to develop as a faculty member through advanced studies, research, and writing. Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be currently enrolled in college. [Required] Good customer service, organization, and computer skills needed. [Required] Strong analytical reasoning. [Required] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. [Required] Demonstrated leadership ability, and team-building skills. [Required] Flexibility to adapt to new situations. [Required]
Education:
High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Current College Student [Preferred]

Pay Range:
