Organization:
Muenster ISD Campus Muenster Elementary Campus (Pre-K-6)
Primary Purpose:
Direct and manage overall campus operations. Responsible for leadership of the campus instructional programs ensuring high standards of instruction and student achievement, compliance with district policies, application of instructional programs, and effective day-to-day operation of all campus activities.
Qualifications:
Master`s degree in educational administration Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser Minimum of 5 years experience teaching Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative leadership roles
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Instructional Management School Improvement Student Management Management of Fiscal, Administrative, and Facilities Functions Personnel Management School and Community Relations
Condition of Employment:
12-month contract (July 1st) Salary Range Salary is negotiable $380 towards insurance
