Job Description
Full-time career opportunity with full benefits package! The Technical Support Premise Technician is responsible for providing on-site Internet, Voice and TV Support and repair to our subscribers. This includes ensuring the reliability and functionality of communication systems to deliver high-quality services to customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to Voice, Internet and TV subscribers through troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Install, upgrade and replace customer premise equipment. Provision customer premise equipment. Respond to service disruptions and outages.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
This role may require the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
