Student Completion General Summary The Wrangler Pantry Worker will support Student Support Services by providing a friendly and encouraging presence in the pantry for students seeking assistance. Specific Position Duties Greet students and provide excellent customer service. Provide reception duties including greeting, intake and answering phones and other office tasks. Assist pantry guests and donors. Assist students seeking social services and/or Perkins assistance. Stocking and rotating food products and pantry items. Unload and store pantry orders. Keeping staff informed of inventory. Perform Refrigeration checks. Setup info tables around campus, assist with resource fairs. Keeping pantry sanitized and orderly. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Some college course work preferred. Bilingual (verbal and written) a plus. Experience with various forms of technology and software applications.
