VINCI School Assistant Director (Trainee) VINCI School with its award-winning blended curriculum and pioneering educational technology has 4 locations in NOVA. We cater to typical professional families who are seeking more than just child care. Are you a successful teacher with at least an Associate or a Bachelor's Degree in an education related field? Do you have the ambition to influence an entire school? Do you close to the zip code 22031? Reporting to the Director of Operations as a trainee, you will learn about day-to-day tasks including staff and schedule management, working with vendors for facility repair and maintenance, family engagement such as tours, parent orientation, student safety, health and outcome. You will also go through VINCI teacher training program to learn about different teaching strategies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia and STEM learning. The successful candidates will be expected to possess one or a few of following experiences or skills:
