What You'll Do This role allows you to make a meaningful impact during critical out-of-school hours.
You will:
Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, leverage and develop "best in class" educators to be passionate and committed professionals Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites The program operates Monday through Friday, with hours from Before School 6:30AM – 8:00AM and After School 3:15PM – 6:00PM. We also have PK wrap – 6:30AM-12:00PM, totaling 32-35 hours per week. You will have admin time outside of program hours as well. This includes time allocated for lesson planning, parent communication, and other related tasks. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team environment, brings enthusiasm to their work, and has: Have completed high school or its equivalent as determined by the Wisconsin department of public instruction Be at least 21 years of age Have at least 240 hours of experience as a school-age program leader, public or private school teacher, student teacher, coach, camp counselor, mentor in a community based organization, or equivalent experience in another approved setting A solid understanding of child development and educational best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. The ability to meet state licensing requirements and pass background checks. Let's Work Together!
