Lead fundraising initiatives by cultivating relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to secure resources for school programs. Manage school budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while prioritizing educational needs and compliance with legal regulations. Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff to promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Facilitate professional development sessions for educators to enhance instructional strategies, classroom management, and compliance with special education law. Oversee faculty evaluation processes, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching quality through constructive feedback and performance reviews. Ensure adherence to educational policies, legal requirements, and accreditation standards related to early childhood education, special education law, and overall school operations. Provide instructional leadership by modeling best practices in classroom teaching and supporting staff in implementing effective pedagogical approaches. Represent the school at community events, public speaking engagements, and stakeholder meetings to promote the school's mission and achievements. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership roles. Extensive background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs across early childhood through secondary levels. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with a focus on resource allocation for maximum impact. Strong supervisory experience overseeing diverse teams of educators and support staff within a school environment. Knowledge of educational compliance regulations including childhood development standards, special education law, and school legal requirements. Experience facilitating professional development sessions tailored for educators at various levels of their careers. Skilled in strategic planning, fundraising efforts, public speaking engagements, and building community partnerships that support school growth.
