Monday-Friday, Days- No weekends or holidays

7:30 AM- 4 PM or 8 AM

Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications. Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and business documents, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and support for divisional goals and decision-making Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff. Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, while serving as a resource and mentor to office support staff and ensuring timely completion of confidential and high-priority assignments.What You Get:

What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work required 3-4 years relevant experience in office, secretarial, or administrative setting required Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative team-player approach Excellent organizational, multitasking, and detail-orientation skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications desired Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
