Tier 1 support. Facilitate internal and external entities with campus events. Reports To Mark Naus, IT Technical Director Education/Qualifications Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college Sheridan College Student currently enrolled Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Customer service experience Basic computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Products Familiarity with college student portal, student account activation and setup Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30 lbs About Northern Wyoming Community College District Sheridan College is located in historic Sheridan, WY at the foot of the beautiful Big Horn Mountains, minutes away from a variety of outdoor recreational activities.
