We emphasize biblically-grounded instruction, mastery-based Math and ELA levels, and hands-on engagement across our curriculum. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, mission-driven Upper Elementary Lead Teacher to join one of our two blended 4th-6th grade classrooms (enrollment currently just under 20, with a maximum group size of 26). This role is a core instructional position, with other upper elementary teachers and support staff covering complementary subjects — allowing you to focus deeply on your areas of expertise.
