We also operate a Montessori teacher training center, reflecting our commitment to developing skilled educators and maintaining high standards in our classrooms. We are seeking a warm, capable Lead Montessori Teacher to guide children's learning and lead a collaborative classroom team. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain an engaging Montessori classroom Observe children and provide individualized lessons suited to their development Guide classroom routines and support children's independence Work closely with assistant teachers and communicate thoughtfully with families Required qualifications AMI or AMS Montessori teaching certificate At least 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units At least one year of lead teaching experience after earning your AMS Montessori certificate; candidates with one to three years of experience are especially encouraged to apply Strong English communication skills and a caring, dependable approach Ability to guide a classroom and work collaboratively with assistant teachers

Bilingual candidates who speak English and Korean, Chinese, or Spanish will receive priority consideration.
