Role:

Creative Learning Academy Inc is looking for a passionate and energetic Kindergarten Teacher to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to shape young minds during one of the most formative stages of their educational journey in a supportive and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with kindergarten curriculum standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment for all students Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and administrators Incorporate hands-on, play-based learning activities to promote social and cognitive development Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and behavior Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to support school-wide initiatives Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies

Requirements:

Prior experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education preferred Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards for kindergarten Excellent classroom management and communication skills Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with young learners CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
