Founded by three mothers who asked a simple but powerful question — What do we truly want for our children, and how do we create that in a school? — our community has grown from a small seed into a thriving learning environment where children, families, and educators feel genuinely seen and valued. We are seeking a Montessori Teacher to join our close-knit, mission-driven team beginning in May 2026. Who We Are At New Adventures, learning is an adventure. We believe in nurturing a child's innate curiosity, honoring their individuality, and cultivating compassion, confidence, and independence from the very beginning. Our toddler environment is designed to support the child's growing sense of self, language development, movement, and early social relationships. Classrooms are calm, joyful, and intentionally prepared, and our teachers are trusted professionals who collaborate closely and support one another. While this role is centered in our Toddler community, our school values connection across age groups, with opportunities for shared experiences throughout the day. The Role The Montessori Teacher will guide a classroom using an accredited Montessori curriculum, supporting children during this critical stage of independence, language acquisition, and self-discovery. This teacher will create a nurturing, consistent, and respectful environment where toddlers feel safe to explore, take risks, and develop confidence in themselves and their abilities. You will work closely with school leadership and fellow educators to partner with families and foster a warm, peaceful, and engaging community. Requirements Montessori Infant/Toddler OR Primary credential Minimum 1 year of Montessori classroom experience (toddler experience preferred) 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification TB clearance, immunizations, and health screening Fingerprint clearance prior to employment Professional references Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children indoors and outdoors What We Value A good human. Kindness, inclusivity, and respect for diverse cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds. Montessori-minded and passionate about early childhood. You understand and honor the unique developmental needs of toddlers. A calm and grounded presence. You bring patience, consistency, and emotional attunement to your work. A playful spirit and creative thinker. Songs, movement, storytelling, and joy are part of your daily rhythm. Team-oriented and flexible. We collaborate, communicate, and support one another. Respectful and joyful with children. You see toddlers as capable, growing individuals deserving of dignity and care. A positive discipline approach. You guide behavior with empathy, clarity, and respect. Why Join New Adventures? Because this is more than a job — it is a community and a shared purpose. We care deeply about the people we choose to work beside, and we believe that when educators feel supported and inspired, children thrive. Joining our team means stepping into a workplace built on trust, mutual respect, and love for both children and the adults who guide them. Schedule & Start Date Full-time, up to 35 hours per week,
