The teacher will serve as the classroom instructor in an elementary setting and will provide instruction in core subject areas, including English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Health. The ideal candidate is passionate about student learning, builds strong classroom relationships, maintains high expectations, and contributes positively to the school community. Responsibilities Provide engaging instruction in assigned elementary subject areas. Create and maintain a positive, structured, and motivating classroom environment. Establish strong rapport with students while supporting academic, social, and emotional growth. Maintain effective classroom management to support student learning. Monitor student progress and provide support as needed. Communicate professionally with students, families, colleagues, and administration. Participate in school activities, meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning. Advise and support students as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Florida Teaching Certification in Elementary Education K-6 required. Prior teaching experience preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Salary Starting salary:
