No prior insurance sales experience is required, but candidates must hold a valid Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuity License or Florida 2-14 Life License. This is an in-person, W-2 position — not a 1099 opportunity. Our agents receive guaranteed weekly base pay plus uncapped bonus and commission potential, with the opportunity to earn six figures. What We Offer Base Pay Full-time, W-2 position with guaranteed pay of $20.00 per hour / $800 per week. Uncapped Bonus Potential Earn performance-based bonuses and commissions in addition to your guaranteed hourly pay. No Chargebacks Unlike many traditional insurance sales positions, our agents do not have chargebacks! Residual-Style Earnings After six months, agents become eligible for KPW's version of residual-style earnings, creating an additional opportunity to earn. Earning Potential First-year income opportunity up to $150,000, including hourly wages, bonuses, and commissions.
