Job Description

Cambridge Elementary School in Cocoa is seeking an experienced Title I Teacher at their Title I school.
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university FLDOE certification in Reading K-12 or FLDOE certification in elementary ed. K-6 with FLDOE Reading Endorsement Required Reading Intervention for 2nd, 3rd & 5th grades. Math Intervention for 4th grade. Qualified reading Title I teachers must create an online BPS "BEACON" employment application for instructional positions and apply for this position (TITLE

Gina@Brevardschools.org, but a BEACON application must be created . Starting instructional pay is $50,450 per year, plus there is a pay supplement for an advanced degree. Please note salary is based on verifiable years of experience as per District guidelines. Did you know that Brevard Public Schools offers our instructional staff a pay supplement based on years of experience? Our voters passed a millage in 2022 and all instructional staff, from zero to 19+ years of experience, will receive a supplement . The pay ranges based on years of experience, but for a teacher with 19+ years' experience, that's approximately an additional $8,266 (pay and supplement are prorated based on start date) in your pocket! This raises the overall compensation higher than our neighboring school districts.
