The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students, fostering their academic and social development. This role requires a commitment to promoting a positive classroom atmosphere and engaging students in meaningful learning experiences. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students. Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure all learners achieve their potential. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and responsibility among students. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in education. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Support students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum, through tailored instructional strategies. Skills Strong knowledge of education administration principles and practices. Proficiency in curriculum development to create engaging lesson plans. Understanding of childhood development theories to support age-appropriate learning. Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is highly valued. Ability to provide effective tutoring and childcare support as needed. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment. Proven experience working with students in various educational settings. Background in early childhood education or early intervention techniques is preferred.
