ELEMENTARY CHRISTIAN TEACHER
Bethany Christian School is seeking passionate, Christ-centered elementary teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:
Create engaging, Christ-centered lesson plans and instruction Teach core elementary subjects using a variety of instructional strategies Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that reflects biblical principles Encourage students academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially Assess student progress and provide support for individual learning needs Integrate biblical truth into classroom instruction and daily discussions Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student success Maintain accurate records for attendance, grades, and communication Participate in school activities, professional development, and team collaboration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Education degree and/or teaching certification preferred Strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ and Christian education Excellent classroom management and communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with students and families Passion for helping students grow academically and spiritually Elementary teaching experience preferred Why Join Bethany Christian School?
