Responsibilities Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum and standards Integrate biblical truth and Christian values into daily teaching Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Assess student progress and use data to inform instruction Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and colleagues Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events Support and model the mission, vision, and Statement of Faith of the school Qualifications Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and agreement with the school's Statement of Faith Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field Teaching certification preferred (private school experience welcomed) Strong classroom management and organizational skills Passion for working with children and Christian education Desired Characteristics Warm, patient, and relational Strong communicator and team player Flexible, growth-minded, and professional Committed to ongoing professional and spiritual development Why Join Us?
